All informations and payment details shared with us during the booking process are highly confidential and will only be used to provide the services you request. We do not share or sell your information to third parties. Your privacy is a priority, and we ensure all data is stored securely.

• Payment Policy

Full payment of the service fee is required upfront for all pet rescue services, which includes the subscription and necessary installments for resources and equipment needed for the search.

Forms of processing payments are;

• Venmo
• Chime
• PayPal
• E-transfer (British Columbia/Canada)

By submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

• Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our specialized services, Full refunds will only be considered in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services with the caused by
• Cases of war government restrictions.
• Circumstances beyond our control which includes Natural disaster & pet's loss

Requests for refunds must be submitted to our official email address (fidoflierteam@outlook.com) within 48 hours of the service, with supporting evidence of non-performance.

Refunds are not provided for
• Cases where services are successfully provided
• When search is discontinued at the client’s request.
• Service failure caused by lack of accurate informations necessary for a successful recovery which may include location, pet's description details
